What is your returns/exchange policy?
I accept returns in the case of faulty or damaged products. If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact hello@mollyclairdesign.co.uk as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so I can appropriately address it for you. If I am not contacted within 14 days of delivery, I will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is a clear print/production error. Although I take care to package goods appropriately, accidents can happen during transit, and I will do my best to resolve any issues for you.
I accept exchanges as long as products are returned in original condition.
Do you cover the cost of returned or exchanged items?
Unfortunately, as a small business, it costs a lot of money to send and resend orders meaning I can’t cover the cost of returning orders, with the exception of those that are faulty or damaged. If you are unsure about a product or have any issues at all, please send me an email and we can chat about your order in more detail.
When will my order arrive?
All orders with the exception of made-to-order clothing is posted in 2-5 working days. The shipping time after dispatch will depend on the shipping method selected. Standard U.K delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class. For further shipping information, including international shipping please click here.
Please note on product launches dispatch time may take 7 working days - I will aim to get your order out as fast as possible in the usual timeframe but in busy periods it isn’t always possible with it just being me!

I'm in a rush, is it possible to receive my order faster?
Selecting first class or tracked delivery will definitely hurry along the process of receiving your order once it has been dispatched. I’m always happy to try and accommodate special requests, so feel free to get in touch via email and I will do everything I can to get it to you in time.
Oops I gave you the wrong/incomplete shipping address!
In the event of this please contact me straight away, before the item is dispatched. I won't be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. Hopefully, the item will be returned to me, and then I will offer to refund your order (minus postage) or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with an updated address.
Oh no! My order has arrived damaged/faulty!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International postage is available at the checkout <3
I thought my order would be here by now?
Delivery timescales are an estimate and not a guarantee, all orders are sent via Royal Mail which understandably are experiencing some delays due to Covid, strikes etc…
Please do allow extra time for your order to arrive. All orders have a return to sender address should the item be undeliverable. Royal Mail class U.K. orders as missing once it has been 10 working days of expected delivery and international orders as missing once it has been 25 working days of expected delivery. If it has reached this time frame and your order is still yet to arrive please get in touch and I will be more than happy to assist in finding out where your order has got to!
